Step-By-Step Guide
Initial Consultation
The first step of the process is what we call the "initial consultation" and is designed to provide an in-depth evaluation of your property and wishes over a phone call. During the consultation, we will discuss property details, review any relevant information, and provide our expert recommendations. Our goal is to ensure that you have the necessary information to make the best decisions for your property. If we decide the we would be a good fit for each other we will then move on to step two.
Property Viewing
Step two of our process is to view the property in person. Together we schedule a time that would allow for us to conduct a brief walk through of the property to complete a inspection, allowing us to make the most informed and reasonable offer. In most cases we can deliver and exact offer amount and sign the agreements as soon as we complete the inspection if you decide you would like to move forward with our offer, however some properties require more in depth planning but you will can be sure to receive and offer no latter than 24 hours after our inspection.
The signing
For step three, our associate will provide you with a simple one page agreement to contractual terms and answer any questions you may have. We make sure to cover all closing costs, so you never have to worry about any hidden fees (This means that the exact price we offer will be the exact amount you walk away with. We pay for all normal fees that come with selling real estate). Our experienced team is committed to closing all contracts in a timely and efficient manner, in most cases we close no latter than 30 days after the agreement is signed. In other cases we can close even sooner if needed.
